RETURN POLICY

Due to the magickal nature of our products, we accept returns of physical items for store credit only.

NOTE: No returns, exchanges, or cancellations of Digital Downloads due to the electronic nature of this product. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

​We make every effort to represent our products as clearly as possible. However, we want our customers to be completely satisfied and overjoyed with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will work with you to rectify the matter. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a return authorization and make arrangements for return shipping.

SHIPPING INFO

We currently ship to the USA (contiguous 48 states and District of Columbia only).

Please allow up to 3 business days for your online order to process and ship. Actual arrival time will be based on your location, but in most cases will take an additional 2-3 business days once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. All orders are shipped from our workroom in Babylon, NY.​
