Due to the magickal nature of our products, we accept returns of physical items for store credit only. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a return authorization and make arrangements for return shipping.

NOTE: There are NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations of Digital Downloads due to the electronic nature of this product. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.​ We make every effort to represent our products as clearly as possible. However, we want our customers to be completely satisfied and overjoyed with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will work with you to rectify the matter.

To purchase digital downloads, add the items to your shopping cart and complete the payment process. Be sure to include an email address that you have access to during this process. Your order confirmation page will include a link to download your file(s). Your file can be downloaded up to 3 times just in case you misplace the file you have downloaded, switch devices, etc.

In addition to the link to your file(s) provided during checkout, you will also receive an Order Confirmation email containing a link to download your file(s). This email will be sent via Weebly. For your convenience, please save this email for future access to your Order Details and Download Link.

As a creator, Susan is happy to work with you to create something totally unique. In fact, our Sea Witch Grimoire Page was created for a client who then granted permission for the item to be sold through our shop.
